The Company

Our client is a mid-size and progressive Accounting practice located in South Melbourne. They are a supportive firm who value their employees and offer flexibility.

The Opportunity

They are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator look after the day to day running of the firm.

Your duties may include:
  • Managing calendars
  • Greeting clients upon arrival
  • Managing incoming calls
  • ATO mail management
  • Preparing and sending out Financial Accounts & Income Tax Return packages
  • Onboarding of new clients and entities
About You
  • Previous experience or exposure in an accounting firm is highly favourable, however not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Eager to learn new systems
