Our client is a mid-size and progressive Accounting practice located in South Melbourne. They are a supportive firm who value their employees and offer flexibility.
The Opportunity
They are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator look after the day to day running of the firm.
Your duties may include:
- Managing calendars
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Managing incoming calls
- ATO mail management
- Preparing and sending out Financial Accounts & Income Tax Return packages
- Onboarding of new clients and entities
- Previous experience or exposure in an accounting firm is highly favourable, however not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Eager to learn new systems
- Vibrant office
- Lots of training and development
- Career progression to Senior Administration
- Friday lunches and drinks
- All day parking close by as well as public transport
