We are on a mission to find an exceptional Casual Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at Superdry Sylvia Park!
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
- Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
- Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
- Ensure product knowledge of apparel and accessories
- Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
- Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
- Always maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace the Superdry culture!
- You have previous customer service experience
- You work well within fast paced team environments
- You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation!
- You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
- You have strong communication and organisational skills
- You are a great listener and use feedback constructively
