We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the U.S Sales Director. The Executive Assistant will assist with all administrative requests and ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and running efficiently. This is a full- time remote opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance to U.S Sales Director
  • Work with Sales Director on company strategy, business plan, special projects and follow up with managers of execution.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling and correspondence (as needed) for Sales Director, including agendas, email, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders when necessary
  • Managing the day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
  • Using various software’s, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects and PowerPoints
  • Report on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly e-commerce/ sales metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience of E-commerce marketplace a must
  • 2 years’ experience in Sales
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant to Executive level positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • With HubSpot-CRM, NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and presentations
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Must be able to work 8am- 5pm Pacific Standard time
  • Must have their own equipment: Laptop/ desktop, stable internet, headphones with mic and noise cancellation

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
