Operational Manager Accounts [Pakistan]


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and review financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures or revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any identified issues.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and changes in regulations, and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Train and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
