- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and products to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer service goals, such as response time, first-call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction rate.
