Manager, Talent Acquisition TH [Thailand]


 

Job Description :

  • Search and recruit potential candidates by analyze their knowledge, attitudes, skills and job profiles according to the opened-position to meet with requirements.
  • Setup the interview session between candidates and BU
  • Provide recommendation on selected candidate to BU for evaluation and interview
  • Support HRBP and candidates on salary negotiation and perform a regular follow up and ensure that the placement goes smoothly.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks or project as assigned by Supervisor

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Political Science or any related field
  • At least 3 years of IT Recruitment or HR job-related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Project management and change management skills
  • Time management and priorities management skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Good Command of English
