Job Description :
- Search and recruit potential candidates by analyze their knowledge, attitudes, skills and job profiles according to the opened-position to meet with requirements.
- Setup the interview session between candidates and BU
- Provide recommendation on selected candidate to BU for evaluation and interview
- Support HRBP and candidates on salary negotiation and perform a regular follow up and ensure that the placement goes smoothly.
- Handle ad hoc tasks or project as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Political Science or any related field
- At least 3 years of IT Recruitment or HR job-related experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Project management and change management skills
- Time management and priorities management skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Good Command of English
